Machine Operation: Set up and operate multi-head industrial embroidery machines.

Job Prep: Select proper hoops, stabilizers (backing), and thread colors based on garment type and design requirements.

Quality Control: Monitor stitching for thread breaks, birdnesting, or alignment issues; perform "trim and fold" finishing as needed.

Maintenance: Perform basic machine maintenance, including oiling and needle changes.

Production Goals: Maintain a steady pace to meet daily deadlines in a busy shop environment.

Experience: This is entry level position.

Detail Oriented: Ability to catch small defects and ensure every piece matches the approved sample.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long shifts and perform repetitive tasks in a production environment.
